The people there were very professional and pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, they were not able to locate a buyer for my home but they immediately released me from the contract at that time. Jennifer Isenberg, the agent in charge of the sale came to visit and brought a lock box for use to use. When she called to recommend that we release them from the agreement, she was forthcoming with advice on what we should expect to get for the property based on feedback from the buyers that saw this house. They graciously let us keep the professional pictures and the lockbox. My one concern was in the purchase agreement, they offered 1% deposit as earnest money. After two weeks within signing the contract, that earnest money was never deposited in an escrow account. Of course that does not matter since we terminated the agreement anyway. While many listing agents were trashing these wholesale companies, I found my involvement with them enriching.
